Network problems.

Hello. I have a small problem:

My internet worked fine until some days ago when I began experiencing kicks and freezes. Well now I have the full report of my status;
My internet works fine, but when I start Tibia and logon i get freezes/kicks and I can't acces internet in the web anymore.

Can someone help me in this matter?

you might need to update or something, i got a pop-up when i tryed to start my internet, it said something like: please get the new internet update and toolbar, when i update it my internet worked,

BUT,
now my internet is so slow, i think its cuz of the new update :/
